Ignite: Admin Dashboard

GMs and DMs can customize their Admin Dashboard in Ignite to view helpful data about training completion and overdue training.

1. In the upper right of your Ignite home page, tap the gears icon to go to the Admin panel.

2. This takes you to the Admin Dashboard, which is blank until you customize it. Tap Add Widget or the + button to get started.

3. To make it easy to see the most important training data, we recommend adding the Enrollments widget. Select Enrollments and tap Add Widgets.

Widget	Purpose
Module Completions	How many modules are being completed by your team
Enrollments**	Your team's progress in their assigned training
Recent Comments	Recent module comments (not currently in use)
User Activity	Number of logins, recognition messages, and comments (not currently in use)
Top Performers	Leaderboard for Ignite points
Who's Online	Number of team members who are logged into Ignite
Saved Reports	Quick access to Ignite reports that you've customized and saved
Support Links	Links to Wisetail's support resources

4. The Enrollments widget defaults to an overview of your team's training progress: Completed, Pending, and Overdue. To view individual team member progress, tap Details.

5. Customize the widget:

   1. Tap the pencil to edit the widget name.
   2. Tap the dropdown to reorder the data. Example: Sort overdue training first.
   3. Tap Add Filters to filter your team by role, restaurant, training assignment, etc.

         • Recommendation for DMs: add an Enrollment widget for each of your restaurants, then Filter each by a different location for a quick overview of your entire district.

5. Tap Add Widget and select Enrollments to add another Enrollments widget.

6. On the second widget, tap Details to see all of the training programs your team members are enrolled in.

At any time, you can:

• add more widgets and customize your widget data
• tap the 2 lines in the upper right of a widget to drag it to a different spot
• tap the 3 dots in the upper right of a widget to remove it
