If you still have issues after completing the 3 steps above, please submit a Tech Support ticket and include the printer's:
- IP Address
- MAC Address
- SUBNET Mask

Check Paper(video 0:06)
If your printer is out of paper, you will see a flashing red light next to the paper icon.
- Pull up on the release button to open the front of the printer.
- Remove the empty roll.
- Add the new roll with the paper coming off the top of the roll.
- Hold the end of the paper while you close the front of the printer.
- The paper light will stop flashing and you’re ready to print.
Check Cable Connections (video 0:30)
If your printer cables are loose, your printer may lose power or its internet connection.
- Place your finger under the back panel and pull gently to remove the back of the printer.
- Make sure the power cable is fully plugged in.
- Next, look for the green link light on the ethernet cable.
- If you don’t see a light, remove the cable and click it back into place.
- Wait for the link light to appear.
- Replace the back panel and you’re ready to print.
Reset Printer (video 1:06)
If you still have issues after you’ve checked the paper and cable connections, reset the printer.
- Press and hold the power button until the light turns orange.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Press and hold the feed (triangle) button.
- While holding the feed button, press the power button.
- Once the first page begins to print, release the feed button.
- When you see the paper light flash red, press the feed button one more time.
- This discharges any printer jobs and resets the printer.
