  2. Remove the empty roll.
  3. Add the new roll with the paper coming off the top of the roll.
  4. Hold the end of the paper while you close the front of the printer.
  5. The paper light will stop flashing and you’re ready to print.

Check Cable Connections (video 0:30)

If your printer cables are loose, your printer may lose power or its internet connection.

  1. Place your finger under the back panel and pull gently to remove the back of the printer.
  2. Make sure the power cable is fully plugged in.
  3. Next, look for the green link light on the ethernet cable.
  4. If you don’t see a light, remove the cable and click it back into place.
  5. Wait for the link light to appear.
  6. Replace the back panel and you’re ready to print.

  4. While holding the feed button, press the power button.
  5. Once the first page begins to print, release the feed button.
  6. When you see the paper light flash red, press the feed button one more time.
