Weekly training validations are built into all of our manager-in-training (MIT) programs.
NOTE: MITs do not need to wait for DM/GM validation to continue with their training program. They are able to access and work on the next week's training plan while they wait for validation.

How to complete MIT Validations in Ignite (for GMs & DMs)

The validation is shown at the end of each MIT training week. It will appear locked until the MIT completes all of that week's training tasks.

Once the validation is unlocked, the MIT can open the validation and tap Ready to be Observed
Once they tap Ready, Ignite will notify the GM (for SMITs) or DM (for AGM/GMITs).
Reminder: MITs do not need to wait for validation to continue with their training program. They are able to access and work on the next week's training plan while they wait for validation.
GMs and DMs can see who is ready for validation on their Ignite home page.
After the GM or DM validates the MIT and marks that week's validation as complete in Ignite, that week will show as "done" in the MIT's training plan
