Once you complete your SFS Proctor training and are approved as a proctor, you can proctor the SFS food safety manager exam.
1. Go to StateFoodSafety.com, click Login in the upper right corner. Enter your username and password and click Login.

2. Click Proctor on the lefthand menu.

3. Under Sessions, click the + button.

4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Click the company dropdown and select honeygrow Proctor.

6. Fill out the form with: exam date and time, seats (the number of people taking the exam at this time and location), your contact info, and exam location.

7. Leave the Proctor Fee as $0. Click Create.

8. When it's time for the exam and you are in person with the employee(s) taking the exam:
Instruct them to log into Ignite and open the Food Safety manager Exam.
They will be asked for a session ID. Give them the Pending Session ID.
You will see the employee's name appear. Click the green + sign under Accept.

9. Once all of the employees taking the exam have been accepted, click Start Exam.

10. Click "Have you checked all IDs?" and read the exam policies.

11. Click Begin Exam.

12. You can monitor each employee's progress as they take the exam.

13. Once the employee has completed the exam, the status will update to Test Complete. Click FINALIZE to submit the exam.

14. Click Submit Exam for Grading.

15. Select the appropriate item from the Session Report dropdown. In most cases, this will be "No incidents, irregularities, or accommodations."

16. Click the Agree checkbox and click Submit.

You and the employee(s) will receive an instant notification of their exam pass/fail status.
