Ignite: MIT isn't in Awaiting Validation Queue

Our Manager training programs include weekly validations and final validations.

If you need to validate a manager but don't see an MIT's name in your Awaiting Validation queue, it's because they haven't requested to be observed.

You are still able to complete a validation for the MIT even if they are not listed in your Awaiting Validation queue.

 

Here's how:

  1. In Ignite, tap the gears icon to go to your Admin Panel. Tap the Content tab, then Checklists.
  2. Click on the name of the appropriate checklist.
    • Examples:
      • The week 3 validation for an internally-promoted SMIT would be "SM Promote: Validation 3".
      • The week 1 validation for a new hire GM would be "GM New Hire: Validation 1".
  3. In the 'Search all users' field, type the MIT's name. 
  4. Tap the Observe button next to their name.
