The food safety manager certification process is built into each of honeygrow's Manager training programs. We partner with StateFoodSafety to offer their food safety training and certification exam for free within Ignite.
If you have a current (non-expired) food safety certification through StateFoodSafety, ServSafe, or a similar accredited organization, you do not need to be re-certified through StateFoodSafety.
In order for the Ignite Food Safety Certification module to show as complete, upload your current food safety manager certification into UKG.

- Make sure you select the correct document type in UKG: Food Safety Manager Certificate. If you select an incorrect document type, your certificate will not display correctly.

Newly-added food safety certificates are pulled from UKG and updated in Ignite weekly.
If it's been more than 7 days since you uploaded your certificate in UKG and the food safety exam completion has not been updated in Ignite, chat with the Help Center Chatbot to submit a ticket. Select Training > Food Safety Certification.
